ピッツァ発祥の地ナポリ。窯焼きのピッツァよりも歴史が古く、老若男女問わずナポリで愛され続けているピッツァフリッタ(揚げピザ)。
現地では専門店もあり、ランチに、ディナーに、おやつにと色んなシーンで食べられています。揚げピザ片手に下町を歩く人や石畳の街角に座って食べる少年。
ファストフードだけれど、職人が一から手作業で作るスローフード。

Naples is the birthplace of pizza. Pizza fritta (deep-fried pizza) has its history older than kiln-baked pizza and continues to be loved by Naples regardless of their age or sex.
There are numerous specialty shops in Naples, and people enjoy frittas for lunch, dinner, snacks and other various scenes in everyday life.
It’s common to see people walking down with a piece of fritta or a boy eating it while sitting down on a corner of a cobblestone street in downtown Naples.
It’s a fast food but also a slow food, which is made from scratch by hand by an experienced chef.
We prepare this fascinating street food as it is produced in local shops. Along with frittas, we offer authentic Neapolitan espresso using coffee beans from KIMBO, Italian fruit juice, and other fried foods that are also very popular in pizzarias.

As the name implies, we wrap ingredients such as cheese and salami on a pizza dough and deep-fry it quickly. You’d love its crispy, but also fluffy and chewy texture! Since it is deep-fried with extremely high temperature oil, it doesn’t get sticky or greasy and you can eat up at once!
生地に使う小麦粉や塩、チーズ、トマトなどの食材は全てナポリから取り寄せています!
ナポリピッツァの主役は生地!生地が美味しくないと何を包んでも美味しくありません。
当店の生地は、2015年と2019年にナポリで行われたナ ポリピッツァ職人世界選手権で3位に2度入賞した職人が、本店のピッツェリアにてナポリで学んだ伝統製法に忠実に作ったものを使っています。
また、揚げ置きはしていません。
ご注文後に、お客様の目の前で生地をのばし具材を包んで揚げたてをご用意します!

The dough plays the most important role in Neapolitan Pizza – you can taste or wrap it with anything but it wouldn’t work if the dough were not right.
Our dough is prepared by a professional pizza chef, who won the third prize at the Neapolitan Pizza World Championship held in 2015 in Naples. It strictly follows the traditional recipe that she learned in Naples.
Additionally, we always offer a freshly-made frittas, not prepared and deep-fried in advance: after we receive an order, we prepare the dough, wrap the ingredients and deep-fry it in front of the customers.
